Shot entirely in Fairhaven, the Halloween documentary The American Scream is now available on DVD. The film is a touching portrait of three Halloween-obsessed households as they transform their homes into neighbor-terrifying supernatural wonderlands. Endless styrofoam tombstones and backyard beasts come courtesy of a few supremely dedicated Fairhaven "home haunters" who've devoted their lives to the art of handmade monster-making.
